Green Rose to y Eternal Love
I can not give you the world or its luxury, but I can give you the love the world never has.
I am giving you my Green Rose as a sign of my eternal love and devotion, I believe that Green roses grow in heaven and only God has the power to cultivate and care for it. For you my love is sacred and I can never ever find someone like you, a perfect epitome of my Dream. As I give you this green rose, I am also giving my heart in your hands and my life in your heart. Thank you for coming into my life and change it from dull to multi-color, I thank you for caring for me, for loving me the way you do, and for assuring me that I will have you for the rest of my life.
A deep love I felt for you is one of the reason why I can not start a day without thinking and remembering you nor end it without a dream of feeling you in my arms.
Life can never be great without you. I am sure you are the one I’ve been looking for a long time. You are my Last Eternal Romance on earth and in heaven. I love you my baby and Happy Valentine’s Day!

"That Perfect Moment"
------------------------------
Life is never perfect, love
it's full of many pitfalls
the only time it's close to that
is when you're inside these walls
If you were here with me now
my hand would glide across your face
my fingers would run thorough your hair
and I would hold you in my sweet embrace
If I could just see you now
I'd hold you, oh so tight
and then I'd know, right then and there
that nothing else would feel so right
If I could just hold you now
the world could not prepare
for the kind of love we'd have,
no one else could even compare
If in this moment I could feel your lips
brushing up against mine
our minds would rush, our lips would lock
and we'd feel a stop in time
If I could just kiss you now
the feeling would be next to none
undying passion would unite our souls
and together we would be as one
If right now I could hear your voice
I'd whisper softly in your ear:
as long as we're together, love,
you will never have anything to fear
And really, if we were together
it'd be a gift from God above
and then we'd share the greatest gift
of something called true love
I count the days until we meet
and share that fateful kiss
that will show us just what is
and what could be total bliss
You are my dream come true....I love you so much Niel.
LOVE IT!!!!!

Pictures were taken in Mactan Island, Cebu City)..
Cebu City-- I have heard of this place many times from different people, and Everytime I hear
this place I think of Guitar, Dried mango, danggit, and Magellan's Cross. I never thought that
(Cebu City is one of the best summer spot on the Philippines especially in mactan island.
Summer of 2010, me, my cousin Nina, my aunt Edna, and my aunt Elena went to cebu Cebu City for a summer
getaway. On the airport, I am so excited to step into the land of Cebu to see hundreds of guitars, and of course to taste
that delicious dried mango again and the famous "Cebuano's lechon Baboy". But my excited was a bit lowered
due to our delayed flight. It was 6:50 when we step inside the plane, I was a bit upset because I can't see the view
of Cebu from above since our flight was rescheduled at the evening. All I can see from above is lights, lights,
and more lights. We arrived at the Mactan International Airport at 7:40pm. We rented a car and went to the resort,
when we arrived in the resort, I was so pissed off because I can't see the whole beauty of the beach coz some lights were off.
We headed to our room and drop all our belongings and retired to bed.

The Next day, I was really excited to sea the shore, my excitement were fulfilled when I saw White sand and
crystal clear water. I took pictures and of course tried the water,,haha I was amazed when I went far from the shore
and saw that my feet were still visible despite of the depth of the water.. That moment Guitars and Mangos
left my mind the joy and excited to swim with the fishes took its place..haha
We stayed in the waters for almost two hours when we finally decided to go back to our room to eat..

Next day, we went on an island hopping trip.. I was really grateful that Cebu is part
of my country, seeing the deep blue water made me fall in love to the place and the people are so amazing.
They treat us the best way they could and made our trip comfortable and unforgetable.
When we got to the island they called "Sulpa island" near the "Olango island", we ate our
lunch and Best!, The foods were amazing and slightly exotic..hehehe that was my first time to eat "Oni" or the
sea urchin I think, gosh it was delicious and it made me want for more, and of course a little beer..
After the lunch on the "Sulpa Island" we went to another
island they call the Fish Sanctuary for snorkling and diving. There, we jumped off the boat to see
under water creatures.. The lifevest made me much comfortable to float anywhere I like and to follow the fishes
or to float freely.... Below us were multi-colored fishes, some were blue, violet, orange, yellow,
balck, white, or a mixed of two colors that I said,
and table sized live coral with colors Red Light yellow and cream white...
I stayed for almost an hour in the water floating until I felt my legs and shoulders are in pain,
and my hands got wrinkled due to a long stay in the waters..
I don't want to get on the boat that time coz I still want to swim with the fishes below
I but I have no choice everybody's on the boat and telling me to get in the boat. I wanted to stay in the waters
where I can swim with the fishes, no worry or anything at all, but majority rules the world.
I get in to the boat and left the fishes swim below me..huhuh
But too bad We had to leave :-(
On the boat.. I was still thinking bout how beautiful the sea of Cebu is. I took pictures of the sea and everything
that my camera can captures. When the boat docks on their small port, I felt sad coz
I know we were going home next day, and I am sad that if they wont take good care of the sea, I will no longer see beautiful fishes or swim with them again..
On the evening, My whole body was in pain because of too much swimming but I didn't regreted nor blamed anyone coz
I had one of my best trips ever.... The following day was our last day to the island.. We walked on the shores again
took pictures and remembering day we had yesterday. Then we flew back to Bacolod.
End
till my next getaway.. Hope next month..hehehe
here are some photos of our getaway

The Right's
(For those who are looking for true love)
There’s a lot of people who wants to know what is the true meaning of love? ..
Is it the feeling that we get when someone kissed us and cared for us?,
or is this a feeling when we are longing for someone so special to us?….
Whatever it may be, still, we're all willing to love and to be love in return, right!? But me....?
I had tried many relationships,
some- "LONG-DISTANCE RELATIONSHIPS",
some "SHORT TERM RELATIONSHIPS",
and the others are "INSTANT RELATIONSHIPS":
but none of them worked nor fitted the word LOVE.
I always asked myself why, but then I come up with wrong answers and doubts.
but have I asked myself this line?
“Is this worth fighting for?”
After that I realized, that Love itself comes freely, in the right time, right place, and right person!.
So as an experience, we must listen to the voice inside us, and wait for the right person for the right time.
If it arrives fight for it! Even all the people is against you.
No one can stop you if you’re fighting for the right one.
like what they always say-,
“No one will stop you if you're right, but if not, The World itself will stop you"
So do not rush the process, for it will surely come, "IN GOD'S TIME!"

I wonder how can they make a cake with these style

Every time I see cakes, with these beautiful styles, it made me think how did they present it with a bang..! I saw this cake the last time i went to the mall.. I think that was sunday, me and my friend went to the church for the sunday mass and then we went to the Mall here in Bacolod... We went to the event centre and I found out there was an ongoing contest for cake making and designs... We watched for a little time and then I saw this cake that makes me wonder how they can make a squash/pumpkin into a wonderful centerpiece or whatever you may call it... then How can they make this fruit into a flower.... I realizes that Filipinos are very talented when it comes to design, not only designs but in all aspect,am I right? How I wish to have these things when my birthday comes... I love this designs, not the least the cake of course.....hahaha

A (H1N1)
Where did it came from??
Is it deadly??
what is the cure of this illness??
Some questions that strikes our minds when we hear Influenza A(H1N1), right? but what is it?
Influenza A is a virus that resulted from the reassortment of 4 viruses from pigs, human and birds. It was first detected in people in April 2009 in the United States
This virus is spreading from person-to-person, probably in much the same way that regular seasonal influenza viruses spread. There is no vaccine yet to protect humans from this virus
. There are existing and recommended medicines that are effective in treating these Influenza A(H1N1). Influenza A(H1N1) can be fatal to humans due to severe respiratory distress (pneumonia)
This virus was originally referred to as “swine flu” because laboratory tests showed that many of the genes in this new virus were very similar to influenza viruses that normally occur in pigs in North America. But further study has shown that this new virus is very different from what normally circulates in North American pigs. It has two genes from flu viruses that normally circulate in pigs in Europe and Asia and avian genes and human genes. Scientists call this a “quadruple reassortant” virus.
The virus can spread through Coughing or sneezing by people with influenza. Touching things with flu viruses on it and then touching one’s mouth, nose or eyes.
Influenza A (H1N1) can be cured,CDC recommends the use of oseltamivir or zanamivir for the treatment and/or prevention of infection with the new H1N1 flu virus. Antiviral drugs are prescription medicines (pills, liquid or an inhaler) that fight against the flu by keeping flu viruses from reproducing in your body. If you get sick, antiviral drugs can make your illness milder and make you feel better faster. They may also prevent serious flu complications. During the current outbreak, the priority use for influenza antiviral drugs during is to treat severe influenza illness. You have to consult a doctor before using these drugs to avoid resistance.
Okay........ thats enough! You kow A (H1N1) is just an imported or different kind of Flu.....Dont be afraid because it can be cured.... just take a lot of vitamins and eat a lot of fruits..

The official Chicken Inasal Festival in Bacolod City Philippines
Photo courtesy of jay walker Bacolod welcomes the first ever Inasal Festival. Bacolod City is known for its famous and delicious chicken inasal that could make you lick your hands..
Chicken Inasal tastes even better with “sawsawan”; a mixture of soysauce, calamansi and “sinamak” (vinegar with chili). It comes with plain rice or garlic rice. Others even enjoy pouring the “mantika” (chicken oil) on their rice and eat with their own bare hands. That makes eating more exciting, right?.

Here is the famous Bacolod Chicken Country where you can eat the best and tastiest chicken inasal.. If you want to dine here come to the City of Smiles.

SWINE FLU?!?!?!?!!
Both of those episodes offered lessons that have helped China, Vietnam and other countries prepare for the latest global health crisis, experts and officials say.
Among the chief lessons: countries must openly and honestly exchange information, vigilantly monitor for illness, aggressively quarantine suspected patients and thoroughly prepare emergency plans.
"If there's anything good that came out from SARS and avian influenza, it's that we now have better preparedness in China as well as in the rest of the world," said Hans Troedsson, the World Health Organization's representative in China. "What is important is a transparency and an openness not only with the WHO but also with the public."
Severe acute respiratory syndrome, better known as SARS, began as a mystery illness that sickened hundreds in the southern Chinese province of Guangdong in late 2002 and early 2003 with symptoms fever, coughing and shortness of breath.
Chinese officials were flummoxed by the disease and failed to inform the WHO of the outbreak for weeks, restricting media coverage in order to preserve public confidence.
The disease spread outside the mainland in February 2003 when an infected 64-year-old doctor checked into a Hong Kong hotel. He later died in a local hospital, but not before he had infected 16 other hotel guests. Among them were tourists from Singapore and Canada and an American businessman who then traveled to other places, spreading the virus internationally. Also infected was a Hong Kong resident, who spread the virus to another 143 people.
Within weeks, SARS had spread worldwide, infecting more than 8,000 people from 37 countries before it disappeared. More than 770 people died — 299 from Hong Kong alone.
In the wake of that epidemic, governments began sketching a playbook for dealing with disease outbreaks. Hong Kong built a special hospital unit dedicated to handling infectious diseases and improved isolation facilities and ventilation at other hospitals. Thermal imaging equipment to detect high body temperatures were installed at airports and border-crossings across Asia and elsewhere.
SARS "gave us a lot of valuable insight and practical experience in managing a large-scale outbreak that eventually spread to other parts of the world. That certainly has prepared us very well for what may come," Hong Kong Undersecretary for Food and Health Gabriel Leung said at a press conference Monday.
An increased awareness of personal hygiene — wearing masks and washing hands frequently — during SARS also contributed to a sharp decline in regular flu cases in 2003, said Lo Wing-lok, a Hong Kong infectious diseases expert.
In Canada, where SARS killed 44 people in Toronto, the government created the Public Health Agency, whose mission is to prevent and control infectious diseases. Thousands of hospitals, schools and churches now have pandemic plans that they didn't have before SARS.
Countries have also built large reserves of anti-viral drugs. Canada has a national stockpile of 55 million doses of anti-viral drugs. Hong Kong keeps 20 million doses.
Governments moved more aggressively when a second major epidemic hit Asia just months later — avian influenza. Governments slaughtered hundreds of millions of poultry in a bid to contain the virus. Since then, near yearly outbreaks of bird flu have spread to Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
More than 250 people have died from bird flu, mostly from direct contact with infected poultry, but each human infection raises the chances that the virus will mutate, becoming more easily passed among humans and unleashing a global pandemic.
Not all lessons are applicable to the swine flu outbreak. Yuen Kwok-yung, a Hong Kong microbiologist who studied the SARS virus, said some people with swine flu may not show symptoms in the early stages, making it hard to know who and when to quarantine — a tactic widely used in controlling SARS.
Governments dealing with the swine flu threat have drawn on these experiences and put in effect emergency plans. Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Indonesia and the Philippines dusted off their thermal scanners to check for signs of fever among arriving passengers from North America. South Korea, India and Indonesia also announced screening.
Public health officials are being more forthcoming with information.
"This is an illness that was recognized in Mexico around April 15. We heard about it around the world about 48 hours later," said Allison McGeer, director of infection control at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto.
"We've identified the pathogen, we've confirmed it, we've sequenced the virus and if you look at what's happening now, every physician across Ontario and probably every physician across Canada has had notification from their public health unit about what's happening," McGeer said.
And in China, which was sharply criticized internationally for suppressing information about the SARS outbreaks and dragging its feet on bird flu, the State Council, or Cabinet, reminded officials nationwide to use the disease surveillance network and report any cases promptly.
"Once a suspected case is found in China, it must be made public in a timely way," according to a State Council notice on state broadcaster CCTV. "We must be highly vigilant and take strong monitoring and prevention measures."
