I wonder how can they make a cake with these style

Every time I see cakes, with these beautiful styles, it made me think how did they present it with a bang..! I saw this cake the last time i went to the mall.. I think that was sunday, me and my friend went to the church for the sunday mass and then we went to the Mall here in Bacolod... We went to the event centre and I found out there was an ongoing contest for cake making and designs... We watched for a little time and then I saw this cake that makes me wonder how they can make a squash/pumpkin into a wonderful centerpiece or whatever you may call it... then How can they make this fruit into a flower.... I realizes that Filipinos are very talented when it comes to design, not only designs but in all aspect,am I right? How I wish to have these things when my birthday comes... I love this designs, not the least the cake of course.....hahaha
